Trip Cancellation Protection

Cancel with a full refund less the $150 first deposit, up until 48 hours before the departure day (see terms & conditions below), covers medical issues, injury, or illness, that prevents trip participation.

The medical issue, injury, or illness will require written verification on letterhead and the original signature of a certified, licensed physician, stating that your condition prevents you from participating in and traveling to the event.

To file for Trip Cancellation Protection you must be paid up to date per the payment schedule.

If traveling to Disney, refunds do not apply to Disney Theme Park Tickets (Note: Disney Tickets are purchased for the EVENT DATES ONLY!).

Coverage DOES NOT include Airfare or any other optional trip components NOT purchased through World Class Vacations by WorldStrides/Dance The World Events by WorldStrides.

Receive a full refund on the amount paid for the following reasons: CDC Travel Ban to the state in which your event is held (similar to the 2020 CDC Travel Ban), or any State Department warnings not to travel to the city in which your event is held.

In the unlikely scenario that vaccinations are required at the time of travel, with no testing option, you will receive a full refund for cancellation.

Notification of cancellation must be provided to World Class Vacations by WorldStrides/Dance The World Events by WorldStrides as soon as it is known or a refund could be declined (but no later than 48 hours before the departure day).
