Itinerary

This is a SAMPLE itinerary. All venues and days of scheduled events are subject to change.

Each dance studio will receive its own unique itinerary approximately 60 days prior to travel.

Pre-Trip

Event Day 1

Arrival

Resort Check-in after 4:00 PM

Luggage Can be stored at the resort during the day

In order to allow maximum time for scheduled events and park time, we recommend booking an early flight, if not extending your stay

Event Day 2

Parade

Rehearsal

Parade at Magic Kingdom® Park (Ages 10-22)

Event Day 3

Perform

Parade at Disney Springs® (Ages 7-9)

Stage Show Performance at the Walt Disney World® Resort (Ages 7-22)

Event Day 4

Dance!

Optional Master Class Workshop with Professional Choreographer 

Optional Dance The World Gala Celebration

Event Day 5

Check-Out

Resort check-out by 11:00AM

Luggage can be stored at resort during the day

If not extending your stay, we recommend booking a late flight (after 5PM) in the event that we need to reschedule a performance on this day due to inclement weather

  • Stage Show Performance at World ShowPlace in Epcot® (Ages 7-22)
  • Four (4) Night Resort Accommodations
